We work with families experiencing anxiety, stress, conflict, life transitions, parenting concerns, emotional disconnection, and other difficulties that may impact family dynamics.

Through conversation, creative activities, and practical tools, therapy helps children and adolescents navigate emotions, friendships, school stress, family changes, anxiety, and self-esteem.



Insurance & Therapy Rates

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

Soul Sessions Counseling Company accepts select insurance plans and out-of-network (OON) insurance benefits. Many clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits to access therapy while maintaining greater flexibility and choice in their care.

We currently accept or work with benefits from the following insurance providers:

  • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare

  • Optum

  • UMR

  • Oscar

We accept commercial and managed plans including; PPO, POS, EPO, HMO, Omnia, Blue Card, Direct Access, & NJ Direct.

We do not accept Medicare and Medicaid plans at this time.

Clients using out-of-network benefits are responsible for payment in full at the time of each session. Upon request, we provide a monthly superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your individual plan.
